WECAN methodological guide for coaching adult women in sense of initiative and entrepreneurship is a toolkit that contains the initial ice-breaking activities to break initial fears of Women Entrepreneurs and a series of activities to make the coaches and mentees get to know each other in a group or individual setting

IO2. The WECAN Curriculum Programme
Innovative training materials covering entrepreneurial skills, business establishment and management, gender awareness skills, creation of social innovation companies. It aims to strengthen WECoaches with skills and competences required to successfully coach,assess and support Women Entrepreneurs.

IO3. WECAN e-Learning Pack
The training course (IO1+IO2) will be accessible through an e-learning platform, an easy-to-use, customized E-learning solution to support and aid the learning of the WEcoaches, helping them to become more effective, develop their skills and apply these to their work settings across the European non-formal learning sector.
